本文以中国特色社会主义理论为指导,紧密联系陕西实际,以府谷县为例,充分利用皇甫镇获批新的能源化工区和新型编制镇的机遇,将能源矿区+农区+社区进行了一体化规划设计,试图探讨一条新的城乡、工农一体化实体示范模式,其具有重大的理论价值和长远的历史意义,建议在实践中不断创新、逐步完善和辐射推广。 Guided by the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics and closely linked with the reality of Shaanxi Province, taking Fugu County as an example, this paper takes full advantage of Huangfu Town’s approval of new energy and chemical industry zones and new town-planning opportunities to carry out energy mining + farming + community Integrated planning and design, trying to explore a new demonstration model of urban and rural integration of workers and peasants, which has great theoretical value and long-term historical significance, it is proposed in practice, continuous innovation, and gradually improve and promote radiation.
