由于不完全市场中的工资挤压效应,企业参与职业教育的行为会随着技术进步有由成本偏好性向技术技能偏好性转移的倾向,但其过程受到企业个体性因素的影响。在问卷调研的基础上,利用有序probit模型对当前我国企业参与技能培训的偏好及个体性差异进行了分析。结果表明,我国企业参与技能培训的行为在整体层面显示出显著的技术技能偏好属性,相反成本偏好属性却并不明显。同时,企业规模、核心生产要素等企业个性特征对企业参与技能培训的行为也有影响,使不同类型的企业参与技能培训表现出偏好性的个体性差异。
Due to the effect of wage squeeze in incomplete markets, the behavior of enterprises participating in vocational education tends to shift from cost preference to technical skills as technology advances, but the process is influenced by the individual factors of the enterprises. On the basis of the questionnaire survey, we use the ordered probit model to analyze the preferences and individual differences of the current Chinese enterprises’ participation in skills training. The results show that the participation of Chinese enterprises in skills training shows a significant technical skills preference on the whole, while the cost preference attributes are not obvious. At the same time, the enterprise’s personality characteristics such as firm size and core factor of production also have an impact on the behavior of enterprises participating in skills training, so that different types of enterprises participate in skills training to show preference for individual differences.
