In 1998, our group reported a static method of rat practice [1]. On this basis, we use electron microscopy to further observe the effect of continuous ascending static training on the skeletal muscle tissue of rats. MATERIALS AND METHODS A total of 32 male SD rats weighing 160-180 g were randomly divided into static training groups 1, 2 and 3 and blank control group (8 in each group). 12 static training using hindlimb inverted suspension
