随着人类社会从工业经济时代进入到知识经济时代,传统的企业管理模式与管理观念已越来越不适应提升我国高技术企业核心竞争力的战略举措。文中正是基于上述现实与理论背景,以实际案例S公司为例,通过调研客户与内部研发人员反映的问题与需求的角度,探讨影响高技术企业S公司发展的外在因素与内在动力,然后以知识管理的视角对公司的成长背景、业务流程、内在动力和组织绩效进行分析,有针对性的提出该公司研发模式、内部沟通机制、组织架构、知识资本管理及保障机制等方面的策略和方法,以期能丰富知识管理应用到企业成长理论及针对性的实施,为高新技术企业建立促进组织知识增长、持续的核心价值和竞争优势提供建议性参考。
With the entering of human society from the era of industrial economy to the era of knowledge economy, the traditional management concepts and management concepts of enterprises have become less and less suited to the strategic measures to enhance the core competitiveness of Chinese high-tech enterprises. Based on the above background of reality and theory, this paper takes the actual case S company as an example to explore the external factors and internal motivation that influence the development of high-tech enterprise S company by investigating the problems and needs reflected by customers and internal R & D personnel. Then, Analyzes the growth background, business process, intrinsic motivation and organizational performance of the company from the perspective of knowledge management, and puts forward the strategies of the company’s R & D mode, internal communication mechanism, organizational structure, knowledge capital management and guarantee mechanism Method, in order to enrich knowledge management applied to the theory of enterprise growth and targeted implementation, and provide suggestions for high-tech enterprises to establish knowledge promotion, sustained core value and competitive advantage.
