【Abstract】English writing ability is emphasized in English teaching without any doubt. And this article attempts to reexamine the teaching of writing and explain the nature of writing from an aesthetic perspective-its beauty of painting. Hope either teachers or students could make a deep aesthetic understanding of English writing from this article.

1. Introduction
There is no doubt that aesthetics plays an important role in students English writing. Moreover， we have to admit that the appropriate blending in aesthetic education in English writing exert great influence in improving students’ competence of beauty appreciation， and increasing the interest in English study at the same time.
Therefore，in this paper，it mainly talks about the beauty of painting in English writing. Here， painting in English writing， I would like to explain it as creative thinking， rhetoric method and logical connection and imagination in English writing. Things followed are the details.
2. Creative Thinking
Thought is the carrier of objective world， and people could reveal the essence and relative regular rules through thought. Creative thought is a kind of thought you try to solve problems， using a creative way. In English writing， it is a way to activate learners’ creativity， to cultivate their qualities of exploration and innovation. Furthermore， novelty， divergence and convergence， imagination， inspiration—such are four features of creative thoughts.
2.1 Novelty
we all know that there are some distinctive differences between creative thinking and the ordinary one. And it demands breakthrough in the common ways of solving problem， that’s to say， it is a way to reconstruct the original knowledge existed in your mind， resulting in creating the prospecting thinking.
2.2 Divergence and Convergence
The creative thinking way is the common production of both divergent and convergent thinking. Most psychologists agree with this opinion and we also know that divergent thinking is the essential part in creative activity. However， the convergent thinking should also be taken into consideration at the same time since we have to pick up the best scheme among so many choices on the basis of a certain standard or to adapt a scheme through test.
2.3 Imagination
In creative thinking， the innovative thinking is the major part and important tache. Moreover， creative imagination is the origin of new images， meanwhile， the embodiment of the thinking activity. 2.4 Inspiration
The inspiration is a insight in a certain moment caused by a accidental element， especially when a person concentrate in solving a problem. And it is a sudden psycho-logic state in the process of creating a new image as well.
3. Rhetoric
It is acknowledged that English writing is an important skill. If you would like to write a good article， apart from the connection between vocabulary， sentence and paragraph， you have to master some rhetoric methods to make your sentence rich and various.
3.1 Figures of speech
Figures of speech include include smile and metaphor. Actually， smile is the comparison between similarities and it is used directly. Usually， there are some signal words： like， as， as if/though， seem， similar to， etc.
Metaphor is an implicit figure and it is a higher rank than smile， using the an other name to replace the original one without the signal word like、as. Instead， it usually use to be and to have to connect sentences.
3.2 Hyperbole
Hyperbole is a kind of rhetoric that to exaggerate the objectivity with conscious so that to highlight a certain thing. Usually， it could express people’s inner world more accurately， resulting in the strong impression and inspiration.
4. Logical Imagination in Content
Nowadays， whichever dictionary you flap， you could see the same words with different meanings. However， are there some connections between these different word explanations？ Of course there are. Usually， the word meaning include both denotation and connotation. In details，denotation is the original and core meaning of the word itself； while as for the connotation， it is the relative meaning and imaginative meaning comparing with the denotation， mainly focus on the attitude and emotion towards the referred people or object. Usually， meanings in a dictionary of a word are arranged from the denotation to connotation. Moreover， the last meaning of a word is often far away from the first one， which is the denotation， but we couldn’t ignore the connection among the meanings.
5. Conclusion
There exists the beauty of painting in English writing. Thus， when wring， we’d better write in an aesthetic way： to pay attention to novelty， divergence and convergence， imagination， inspiration；to focus on words choice， sentence pattern， discourse design； to enrich our imagination in word meanings when choosing words.
