在当前的工程项目建设过程中,能否使项目顺利的在合同规定期限内完工,是保证项目收益的重要因素。而在工程管理过程中,如何尽可能的缩短工期,这就需要工程管理人员,对工程进度控制有一个清晰的认识。怎样在施工过程中,采用有效的管理手段,做好工程进度控制,使工程尽早发挥经济效益和社会效益,这将是本文研究的中心。
In the current project construction process, whether the project can be successfully completed within the deadline stipulated in the contract is an important factor to ensure the project’s revenue. In the project management process, how to shorten the construction period as much as possible, which requires project management personnel, a clear understanding of the project schedule control.
