提高速度滑冰运动员的后程能力,对我国速度滑冰短距离项目成绩的突破至关重要。通过多维生物学监控手段对王北星、王霏、于凤桐等重点运动员年度、阶段训练负荷进行分析,建立专项有氧训练效果评估体系;运用生物力学方法手段优化滑行技术,有效提高利用体重蹬冰的能力,提高专项力量耐力水平,从增加滑行中的输出功率和减少能耗两个角度提高后程能力。速度滑冰的后程能力主要涉及技战术能力和专项体能,寻找出解决我国速滑运动员的后程降速过大问题的切实可行的手段方法,加速提升参赛选手的实力和水平。
