对几种三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)微观结构和性能进行了对比研究。研究结果表明,乙烯含量较高的EPDM 281F热降解温度高,具有较好的热稳定性;乙烯含量55%左右的EPDM玻璃化转变温度低,耐低温性能好;门尼黏度越高,拉伸强度越高。其中,EPDM 3280具有优异的加工流动性,热稳定性优于EPDM 4570,拉伸强度与EPDM 4570接近,但定伸应力偏低。其玻璃化转变温度低于EPDM 281F。
The microstructure and properties of several EPDM rubber were studied. The results show that EPDM 281F with high ethylene content has high thermal degradation temperature and good thermal stability. The EPDM with about 55% ethylene content has low glass transition temperature and good low temperature resistance. The higher the Mooney viscosity, The higher the intensity. Among them, EPDM 3280 has excellent processing fluidity, thermal stability better than EPDM 4570, tensile strength and EPDM 4570 close, but the tensile stress is low. Its glass transition temperature is lower than EPDM 281F.
