分析了俄罗斯的Q开关LiNbO3 晶体的成分 ,这种开关用在Nd∶YAG激光测距仪上 ,能够在温度 - 5 0~ 5 0℃范围内稳定工作。通过测量紫外吸收边的位置、红外振动光谱、晶格常数和居里温度的方法 ,测出晶体中的锂铌比([Li]/ [Nb])为 4 9.0 2 / 5 0 .98。分析认为晶体中的锂铌比是影响LiNbO3 晶体Q开关温度稳定性的主要因素。
The composition of the Q switch LiNbO3 crystal in Russia is analyzed. The switch is used in the Nd: YAG laser range finder and can work stably at a temperature of -500 to 500C. The ratio of lithium to niobium ([Li] / [Nb]) in the crystals was found to be 4 9.0 2/5 0.98 by measuring the position of the UV absorption edge, the infrared vibrational spectrum, the lattice constant and the Curie temperature. The analysis shows that the ratio of lithium to niobium in the crystal is the main factor affecting the stability of the Q switch temperature of LiNbO3 crystal.
