绩效考核是现代人力资源管理的重要内容之一,高职院校教师的绩效考核也是高职院校人力资源管理的难点之一,如何客观、公正、可靠地对教师进行绩效评价,并且采用灵活的评价模式来评价教师的工作行为,对高职院校人力资源管理实践提出了更深层次的要求。本文将人力资源管理中的360度考评的方法引入高职院校教师的绩效评价之中,并对其可靠性进行了分析,以使该方法能够更加客观、科学地适应教师绩效评价的需要。
Performance appraisal is one of the important contents of modern human resource management. The performance appraisal of teachers in higher vocational colleges is also one of the difficulties of human resource management in higher vocational colleges. How to appraise the teachers objectively, fairly and reliably and adopt flexible Evaluation model to evaluate teachers’ work behaviors, and put forward deeper requirements for human resources management practice in higher vocational colleges. This paper introduces the method of 360 degree assessment in human resource management into the performance evaluation of higher vocational college teachers and analyzes the reliability of the method so that the method can more objectively and scientifically meet the needs of teachers’ performance evaluation.
