时至今日,有关复合型导电高分子材料的研究已受到普遍的重视。但是,对于复合型导电高分子材料导电机理的研究仍存在着许多不足。复合型导电高分子材料所涉及的导电机理主要有渗流理论、有效介质理论、量子力学隧道效应理论、电场发射理论等几种具有代表性的导电机理。有效介质理论作为一个重要的代表性的导电理论,关于它的研究还存在很多的不足。对有效介质理论做了一个比较全面的介绍,对有效介质理论的几种模型进行了分析,有助于加深对有效介质理论的理解,更好的分析复合型导电高分子材料的导电机理。
Up to now, the research on composite conducting polymer has received universal attention. However, there are still many deficiencies in the research on the conductive mechanism of composite conductive polymer materials. The conductive mechanism involved in composite conductive polymer materials mainly includes seepage theory, effective dielectric theory, quantum mechanics tunneling theory, electric field emission theory and other representative conductive mechanisms. Effective medium theory as an important representative of the conductive theory, there are still many deficiencies in its research. A more comprehensive introduction of effective medium theory is given. Several models of effective medium theory are analyzed, which helps to deepen the understanding of effective medium theory and better analyze the conduction mechanism of composite conductive polymer materials.
