社团工作是校园文化建设的重要组成部分。学校学生社团工作随着职业教育的推进而蓬勃发展,已经成为学校开展学生思想政治教育工作的一条重要渠道。目前,学校社团工作中普遍存在着不少问题。文章以新疆林业学校“13555”为模式例提出相应对策,将立德树人贯穿于社团工作全过程,在社团工作模式方面进行了有益的探索。 Community work is an important part of campus culture. With the vigorous development of vocational education, the work of school student associations has become an important channel for schools to carry out ideological and political education for students. At present, many problems exist in the work of school associations. The article takes Xinjiang Forestry School “13555 ” as an example to put forward the corresponding countermeasures, which makes the Lideshu people run through the whole process of the society and conducts a useful exploration on the work pattern of the society.
