根据供电企业员工开展职业生涯设计的工作实践,把职业生涯发展分为外职业生涯发展和内职业生涯开发,指出了两者主要的发展方式,并在此基础上设计了企业新录用员工职业发展的四类路径模型,简要说明了员工职业发展和晋升的要求;对新员工职业发展目标设计的五个步骤进行了归纳,最后概述了员工设计发展目标的“SMART”原则。
According to the practice of career design of employees in power supply enterprises, the career development is divided into external career development and career development, and the main development modes of the two are pointed out. On this basis, the design of the career development of new hiring staff . The four path models of employee design and development are summarized. The requirements of employee career development and promotion are briefly described. The five steps of new employee career development goal design are summarized. Finally, the “SMART” principle of staff design and development goal is outlined.
