体验式教育强调教育者要综合运用各种教育资源和教育要素,营造良好的教育氛围与环境,引导和激发学生采用体会、欣赏、领悟、品味、感受和联想等体验性方式,去获得对客观世界的深刻认识和自身素质的内在发展与完善。体验式教育可以避免传统灌输式教育的弊端,强调突出学生的主体性。本文就在高职院校学生思政教育工作中开展体验式教育的必要性、有效途径及评价体系作了初步探索。 Experiential education emphasizes that educators should comprehensively use various educational resources and educational elements to create a good atmosphere and environment for education so as to guide and stimulate students to adopt such experiential ways as experience, appreciation, comprehension, taste, feeling and association, The profound understanding of the world and the inherent development and improvement of its own quality. Experiential education can avoid the disadvantages of traditional inculcation education and emphasize the subjectivity of students. This paper makes a preliminary exploration of the necessity, effective ways and evaluation system of experiential education in the ideological and political education of students in vocational colleges.
