1台LG6210型挖掘机在工作1000 h后,斗杆下沉量偏大。正常时,该机斗杆5 min下沉量应不大于3 mm,斗杆完全伸出时间应为2.2～2.8 s,斗杆完全缩回时间应为3.2～3.8 s。现场检测结果如下:动臂升至极限位置:斗杆缸活塞杆完全伸出后熄火,5 min后斗杆下沉到与地面垂直位置。在工作模式下测量斗杆的伸出和回收时间,结果大于标准值。
1 LG6210 excavator in the work of 1000 h, the stick sinking is too large. Normally, the machine arm 5 min sinking should be less than 3 mm, arm fully extended time should be 2.2 ~ 2.8 s, arm full retraction time should be 3.2 ~ 3.8 s. Field test results are as follows: boom to the limit position: arm cylinder piston rod fully extended after the flame, 5 minutes after the arm sink to the vertical position with the ground. Measuring stick extension and recovery time in working mode, the result is greater than the standard value.
