城市交通与城市形态之间存在着复杂的相互作用关系,基于阿勒泰高寒、带状河谷城市地理特征,本文在分析带状城市和团状城市交通模拟的基础上,提出在阿勒泰中心城区构建“公共交通+步行交通”为主导的交通结构,采用“四重轴线”模式的交通体系,并用定量分析的方法对交通结构进行测试,证实以公交为主的机动车发展模式在指导城市建设、维护社会公平和保障社会公众利益等方面更加适用于阿勒泰。
Based on the Altay alpine and banded valley urban geographic features, based on the analysis of the traffic simulation of the banded city and the calabash city, this paper proposes to establish the “ Public transport + pedestrian traffic ”as the leading traffic structure, adopting“ quadruple axis ”mode traffic system, and using quantitative analysis method to test the traffic structure, confirms that the bus-based vehicle development model in guiding the city Building, maintaining social fairness and safeguarding the interests of the public at large.
