目的分析识别某管道公司31个输油(气)站场及3个维抢修中心(队)的职业病危害因素,掌握职业病危害现状,提出改进措施。方法文献查阅、工程分析、职业卫生调查和职业病危害因素现场检测。结果该公司职业病危害因素浓(强)度低,个体检测结果均符合职业接触限值要求,部分站场发电机房、泵区及维修打磨等工作场所噪声强度超过85d B(A)。公司建立了职业卫生管理体系,有职业卫生管理制度及专/兼职管理人员,但职业病危害事故应急演练针对性不强,工人防护意识不高,部分站(队)职业健康检查不规范、职业卫生档案和健康监护档案不健全、未设立职业病危害因素检测结果公示栏。结论该公司职业卫生管理体系较健全,正常生产状况下,油(气)管道输送对工人职业健康造成损害的风险较低,但要加强制度的落实与完善,须特别注意防止事故、检维修等特殊工况下化学毒物及噪声的健康危害。
Objective To identify and identify the occupational hazards of 31 pipeline (gas) stations and 3 dimensional maintenance centers (teams) of a pipeline company, master the status quo of occupational disease hazards and propose improvement measures. Method literature review, engineering analysis, occupational health survey and occupational hazards on-site testing. Results The occupational hazards of the company were low (strong) and individual test results were in line with the occupational exposure limits. The noise intensity at work stations such as generator room, pumping area and maintenance and grinding in some stations exceeded 85d B (A). The company has set up a occupational health management system with occupational health management system and specialized / part-time management personnel. However, the work-related accident emergency exercise is not targeted, the awareness of worker protection is not high, some stations (teams) occupational health examination is not standardized, occupational health File and health care file is not perfect, there is no occupational disease hazard test results publicity column. Conclusion The company’s occupational health management system is sound. Under normal production conditions, the risk of oil (gas) pipeline transportation damaging the occupational health of workers is low. However, special attention should be paid to preventing accidents, inspection and maintenance, etc. in order to strengthen the implementation and perfection of the system Health hazards of chemical poisons and noise under special operating conditions.
