Only by constantly improving the school-based research management and evaluation methods, schools can motivate their teachers to devote themselves to the professional development so as to satisfy their self-worth through the improvement of their professional competencies. Therefore, to build a diversified platform for mutual-aid seminars and build a conducive environment for peer-assisted development can enable every teacher to experience the happiness brought by professional pursuits in the process of professional development.
