通过对0Cr16Ni5Mo钢进行淬火+回火及淬火+冷处理+回火工艺的热处理,研究了冷处理对0Cr16Ni5Mo马氏体不锈钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,0Cr16Ni5Mo钢经调质处理后具有良好的综合性能;其显微组织得到了改善,板条马氏体束发生碎化,位错缠结增加,且残留奥氏体组织转变彻底,其强度得到提高。冷处理后钢的性能改善与残留奥氏体转变及晶粒碎化有关。
The effect of cold treatment on microstructure and properties of 0Cr16Ni5Mo martensitic stainless steel was studied by quenching + tempering and quenching + cold treatment + tempering heat treatment. The results show that 0Cr16Ni5Mo steel has good comprehensive properties after quenched and tempered, its microstructure is improved, the lath martensite beam is fragmented, the dislocation entanglement is increased, and the retained austenite structure is completely transformed. Strength is improved. After cold treatment, the performance improvement of the steel is related to the transformation of retained austenite and grain size reduction.
