本文基于工具范式,探讨了联盟程序公平作为评估和提升分配公平的工具效应,以及分配公平在程序公平与合作绩效之间的中介作用,提出契约执行与共享愿景对程序公平与合作绩效之间关系的调节效应是被分配公平中介的调节效应。基于205家企业的双份数据(Two Key Informants)进行检验,结果证实了程序公平对分配公平的提升效应,以及分配公平在程序公平与合作绩效之间的部分中介作用。此外,契约执行会负向调节程序公平与分配公平之间的关系,契约执行对程序公平与合作绩效之间的负向调节效应部分通过了分配公平中介作用的传递;共享愿景正向调节程序公平与分配公平之间的关系,但是共享愿景对程序公平与合作绩效之间的关系没有产生直接的调节效应,从而共享愿景对程序公平的调节效应也不会通过分配公平的中介作用影响合作绩效。
Based on the paradigm of tools, the article discusses the fairness of affiliate process as a tool to evaluate and enhance the fairness of distribution, as well as the mediating role of fairness between procedural fairness and cooperative performance.
