目的通过比较铜绿假单胞菌和口腔细菌单独或共同作用于肺上皮细胞时,细菌黏附和侵入细胞的能力,探讨细菌间相互作用在呼吸道感染的最初阶段的作用机制。方法应用培养法和抗生素保护法检测铜绿假单胞菌和口腔细菌单独或共同作用于肺上皮细胞时,细菌黏附和侵入肺上皮细胞的能力。结果铜绿假单胞菌与口腔细菌共同作用于肺上皮细胞,牙龈卟啉单胞菌和伴放线放线杆菌降低了铜绿假单胞菌的黏附能力,却增强了其侵入能力;而铜绿假单胞菌能够影响口腔细菌对肺上皮细胞的黏附,同时增强口腔细菌侵入肺上皮细胞的能力。结论口腔细菌,尤其是牙周可疑致病菌主要通过增强铜绿假单胞菌对肺上皮细胞的侵入而影响呼吸道感染过程。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the mechanism of bacterial adhesion and invasion into cells when Pseudomonas aeruginosa and oral bacteria, alone or in combination, act on the epithelial cells of lung to explore the mechanism of interaction between bacteria in the initial stage of respiratory tract infection. Methods The ability of bacteria to adhere and invade lung epithelial cells was tested by culture method and antibiotic protection method when Pseudomonas aeruginosa and oral bacteria were acting alone or in combination on lung epithelial cells. Results Pseudomonas aeruginosa and oral bacteria act on the lung epithelial cells, Porphyromonas gingivalis and Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans to reduce the adhesion ability of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, but enhance its invasive ability; Aeromonas can affect the adhesion of oral bacteria to lung epithelial cells while enhancing the ability of oral bacteria to invade lung epithelial cells. Conclusion Oral bacteria, especially periodontal suspicious pathogens, affect respiratory tract infection mainly by enhancing the invasion of pulmonary epithelial cells by Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
