改革开放的30年,是中国零售业大发展的30年。从以夫妻店、个体店为主,国有商场凤毛麟角,到今天外资、合资、国有、民营多种成分并存,最主要的是零售业的经营业态和经营模式发生了本质的变革和提升,零售业正在成为时尚生活方式的一种代言,成为体现国民经济与国民生活品质的一个窗口。当然,我们这里说的零售业的变革也包括餐饮娱乐等服务业在内。零售业的提升不仅带给千家万户生活品质的提升,同时也造就了一批现代的营业额达到几十亿甚至上百亿的大型连锁和零售企业。推进零售业进行现代化组织与管理方式变革离不开IT系统、IT的支持和辅助。无论是连锁经营、电子商务、物流配送三大现代零售发展要素,还是客户关系管理,供应商管理,数据分析与决策、购物篮管理等现代零售经理管理理念与方式,都少不了IT所发挥的重要作用。
