目前国际上流行的大众健美操有Low -impact、Hi-impact、踏板操、水中健美操、拳击操、拉丁有氧操、动感单车、Bodypump及Hip -Hop等等。本文就怎样科学、有效、安全的设计并且运用多种教法来提高教学效果进行研究 ,以达到健身、健美和健心的整体效益。
Currently popular international aerobics are Low-impact, Hi-impact, pedal exercises, aerobics, boxing, Latin aerobics, spinning, Bodypump and Hip-Hop and so on. This article researches on how to design a scientific, effective and safe teaching and how to improve teaching effectiveness by using a variety of teaching methods to achieve the overall benefits of body building, bodybuilding and health care.
