上海市硅酸盐制品厂与市建研所配合,在容重为700公斤/米~3的粉煤灰加气混凝土生产中,采用环氧乙烷脂肪醇醚作稳泡剂,经过一年多的使用表明,操作简单,浇注稳定,成本低廉,性能良好。这种稳泡剂分子式为RO(CH_2CH_2O)_nH;其中R=C_(12)～C_(18),n=25～30,是一种非离子型、亲水性较强的表面活性剂。
The Shanghai Silicate Product Factory cooperates with the Municipal Institute of Research and Development to use ethylene oxide fatty alcohol ether as a foam stabilizing agent in the production of fly ash aerated concrete with a bulk density of 700 kg/m3. The use shows that the operation is simple, the pouring is stable, the cost is low, and the performance is good. The foam stabilizer molecular formula is RO(CH 2 CH 2 O)_nH; wherein R=C 12 to C 18, n=25-30, and is a non-ionic and hydrophilic surfactant.
