积极心理学是20世纪末西方心理学界兴起的一重新的研究思潮,主张通过激发人潜在的积极因素和对积极力量进行培育来增加人的积极心态,进而将其运用的工作生活中。本研究通过分析积极心理学的主要观点以及实际应用情景,将其原理应用到思想政治工作中,提出了相关对策,以期为思想政工作提供借鉴。 Positive psychology is a new trend of research in the rise of western psychology at the end of 20th century. It advocates increasing the positive attitude of people by inspiring potential positive factors and cultivating positive forces, and then applying them to work life. Through analyzing the main points of positive psychology and practical application scenarios, this study applies its principles to ideological and political work, and proposes relevant countermeasures so as to provide reference for ideological and political work.
