针对现行阶梯气价制度在实施过程中存在的不足,本文在分析阶梯气价理论的基础上,研究了制定阶梯气价的关键问题,并结合我国天然气发展现状及趋势,提出了居民阶梯气价优化模型。采用蚁群算法对模型进行求解,结果显示该算法收敛性较好,同时也避免了局部最优的缺点。算法分析结果表明,居民阶梯气价优化模型优化结果较为合理,同时兼顾了居民和燃气公司的利益,具有较好的节能效果和实用性,为相关政府部门制定和推行气价政策提供依据。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing gas price ladder system in the process of implementation, based on the analysis of the gas price ladder theory, this paper studies the key issues in the gas price ladder development. Combined with the current situation and trend of natural gas development in our country, Optimize the model. The ant colony algorithm is used to solve the model. The result shows that the algorithm has good convergence and avoids the disadvantage of local optimum. The result of algorithm analysis shows that the optimization result of resident gas price optimization model is more reasonable, taking into account the interests of residents and gas companies, better energy saving effect and practicability, and providing the basis for relevant government departments to formulate and implement gas price policy.
