介绍了一种基于虚拟仪器的航空电气控制盒测试系统的设计和实现,该系统是一种针对各类飞机电气控制盒的开放式的综合测试系统。对系统中主要硬件的设计和上层测试软件的设计思想做了相关讨论,同时阐述了整个测试系统的实现功能和方法。利用该综合测试系统,可以开发出各类飞机电气控制盒的测试系统,克服了以往测试设备只能测试一个产品的缺点,提高了测试准确度和效率。
This paper introduces the design and implementation of a virtual instrument based test control system for the aeronautical control box. The system is an open and comprehensive test system for various types of aircraft electric control box. Discusses the design of the main hardware in the system and the design idea of the upper layer test software, at the same time elaborates the realization function and method of the whole test system. The integrated test system can be used to develop test systems for various types of aircraft electrical control boxes, overcoming the shortcomings that the test equipment can only test one product in the past and improving the test accuracy and efficiency.
