真诚领导是一种把领导者的积极心理能力与高度发展的组织情境结合起来发挥作用的过程,这一过程可以增强员工对领导者和组织的认同感,增加员工的心理资本,进而影响员工的工作态度,激励他们更努力工作,提高工作绩效。本文选择大连地区的10家中小企业的数据进行实证研究,探讨员工对真诚领导的感知与其工作绩效之间的关系。回归分析结果表明,员工对真诚领导的感知与其任务绩效和关系绩效等均存在显著的正向相关关系,真诚领导可以作为改善员工和组织绩效的一种有效方式应用于组织管理。
Sincere leadership is a process that combines the positive psychic skills of the leader with the highly developed organizational context that enhances the employee’s sense of identity with the leader and the organization, increases the psychological capital of the employee, and thereby affects the employee’s Work attitude, encourage them to work harder and improve work performance. This paper chooses the data of 10 SMEs in Dalian to conduct empirical research to explore the relationship between employees’ perception of sincere leadership and their work performance. The regression analysis shows that there is a significant positive correlation between employees’ perception of sincere leadership and their mission performance and relationship performance, and sincere leadership can be applied to the management of organization as an effective way to improve the performance of employees and organizations.
