为了探讨准确测量死后血管外肺水的方法,将21只犬分为对照组和肺水肿组,处死后取肺组织做匀浆,称重,烘干;采用血红蛋白法测量血管外肺水(ELW),并代入标准公式计算多项肺水肿参数。结果:正常犬ELW为(4.46±0.30)mL/kg,血管外肺组织干重(EDW)为(1.48±0.20)g/kg,肺总水量(LTW)为(7.56±0.98)mL/kg。本方法简化了死后血管外肺水的测量,减少了测量误差。结果提示:ELW对肺水的变化最为敏感,EDW可以反映肺水肿的类型
21 dogs were divided into control group and pulmonary edema group. After sacrificed, the lung tissue was taken for homogenate, weighed and dried. The hemoglobin method was used to measure the extravascular lung water ( ELW), and enter the standard formula to calculate a number of pulmonary edema parameters. Results: The ELW of normal dogs was (4.46 ± 0.30) mL / kg, the extravascular extracorporeal lung tissue dry weight (EDW) was (1.48 ± 0.20) g / kg and the total lung water volume 7.56 ± 0.98) mL / kg. The method simplifies the measurement of extravascular lung water after death, reducing the measurement error. The results suggest that ELW is most sensitive to lung water changes and EDW can reflect the type of pulmonary edema
