适应新军事变革,建设现代化武警,重点是装备,关键在人才。抓好车辆装备人才队伍建设,既是人才强警战略的重要内容,又是车辆装备建设又好又快发展的根本所在。本文从车辆装备人才队伍建设的特点及存在的主要问题入手,剖析了产生这些问题的主客观原因,并就如何解决好车辆装备人才队伍建设提出了合理化的具体建议。 Adapting to the new military changes and building a modern armed police force, the emphasis is on equipment and the key is talent. To do a good job in building a contingent of qualified personnel for vehicles and equipment is not only an important part of the strategy of strengthening the human resources but also the basis for the sound and rapid development of vehicle equipment construction. This paper starts with the characteristics of the construction of vehicle equipment personnel and the main problems that exist, analyzes the subjective and objective reasons for these problems, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions on how to solve the problem of vehicle equipment personnel.
