本文根据UDT’95的有关资料,讨论了光缆链路的有效成本设计及与其相关联的存储和处理系统的组成。研究了存储和粘合剂的选择,绕线工艺和线团设计,为制定放线操纵规范而建立的放线拉力数学模型,环境制约和光电系统在实际链路设计中的效果等有关问题。
Based on the relevant information of UDT’95, this paper discusses the cost-effective design of optical cable links and the composition of the storage and processing system associated with it. The storage and adhesive selection, winding process and coil design, the mathematical model of line pulling and pulling force, the environment control and the effect of the photoelectric system in the actual link design are studied.
