介绍了一套新的柴油机电控燃油喷射电磁阀的驱动软件。电磁阀的驱动电压提高到36V以加快其响应速度;以降低能量消耗为主要目标优化了带有预喷射的电磁阀驱动逻辑;根据驱动逻辑,设计了包括电流反馈控制的控制时序;在MC68376单片机TPU模块的基础上编写了控制软件,该软件采用中断嵌套技术提高了喷射实时性。对控制软件的实验表明,该软件能精确实现包括预喷射在内的喷射过程,并有效地降低能量消耗。
Introduced a new set of diesel electronic fuel injection solenoid valve driver software. Solenoid valve drive voltage increased to 36V to speed up its response speed; to reduce energy consumption as the main goal of optimizing with pre-injection solenoid valve drive logic; according to the drive logic, including the design of the current feedback control of the control timing; MC68376 microcontroller TPU module based on the preparation of the control software, the software interrupt nesting technology to improve real-time injection. Experiments on the control software show that the software can accurately achieve the injection process including pre-injection and reduce the energy consumption effectively.
