采用多种柱色谱方法对两色金鸡菊头状花序的水溶性成分进行研究,从中分离得到11个化合物。依据其波谱数据和理化性质,分别鉴定为咖啡酸(1)、1-O-咖啡酰-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、香草酰基-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、5-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸(4)、3-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸(5)、4-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸(6)、3,4-O-二咖啡酰奎宁酸(7)、1,5-O-二咖啡酰奎宁酸(8)、3,5-O-二咖啡酰奎宁酸(9)、4,5-O-二咖啡酰奎宁酸(10)和3,4,5-O-三咖啡酰奎宁酸(11),其中化合物2~7和化合物9~11为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
