在对我省物流管理专业中高职一体化人才培养“3+3模式”现状调研的基础上,分析存在的问题,提出基于物流资历架构,系统化构建中高职一体化培养专业课程体系,同时运用现代信息技术,开发基于市场需求、与课程体系配套的数字化教学资源作为专业课程衔接的实施策略,从而解决中高职教育的人才培养目标层次不分明、专业课教学标准层次模糊、学习重复、断档等问题,为提升学生可持续发展的综合职业能力探索路径。
Based on the survey on the status quo of “3 + 3 mode” of integrated logistics training talents in middle and high vocational education in our province, this paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward that based on the logistics qualification structure, systematically build the integrated curriculum of higher vocational education System, at the same time using modern information technology, developing digital teaching resources based on market demand and supporting the curriculum system as the implementation strategies of professional courses, so as to solve the problem that the training objectives of secondary and higher vocational education are not clearly defined, the standard of professional teaching is vague, Repeat, cut off files and other issues, in order to enhance students’ comprehensive professional ability to explore sustainable development path.
