目的:观察抗衰Ⅰ号方对D-半乳糖衰老小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)分别检测D-半乳糖衰老小鼠血清中IgGI、gM含量,并计算胸腺、脾脏等免疫器官的重量指数。结果:与模型组比较,抗衰I号方各给药组能不同程度地升高IgG,降低IgM;能明显增加胸腺、脾脏、脑的重量指数。结论:抗衰I号方具有调节D-半乳糖衰老小鼠免疫功能的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Anti-Bad Formula I on the immune function of D-galactose-induced aging mice. Methods: The contents of IgGI and gM in sera of D-galactose-induced aging mice were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the weight index of immune organs such as thymus and spleen were calculated. Results: Compared with the model group, the anti-decoction I treatment groups could increase IgG and IgM levels to varying degrees, and significantly increase the weight index of thymus, spleen and brain. Conclusion: Anti-Decoction I can regulate the immune function of D-galactose-induced aging mice.
