普通高中课程标准实验教科书生物必修1“分子与细胞”第115页拓展题2,在如图1、图2所示坐标图中画出有丝分裂染色体和DNA的数量变化曲线。生物必修1《教师教学用书》第126页所给答案如图3、图4所示。笔者在教学中发现,学生作业呈现上述参考答案的极少,普遍答案如图5、图6所示。一、误认为有丝分裂染色体和核DNA于末期结束时才平分经与学生讨论,笔者认为存在的问题主要是:坐标系的纵坐标没有标明数量变化的具体范围,是以一个细胞为单位,还是以一个细胞核为单位不明确。

The author found in teaching, student homework presents the above reference answers rarely, the general answer is shown in Figure 5, Figure 6. First, mistakenly believe that the mitotic chromosome and nuclear DNA at the end of the end of equal division with the students discussed, I think the main problems are: the ordinate does not indicate the coordinates of the specific range of changes in the number of a cell as a unit or A cell nucleus for the unit is not clear.
