利用秸秆粉、聚乳酸、偶联剂(马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯)、硬脂酸锌及润滑剂经过热压成型,制备出了生物降解木塑复合材料。通过改变加热温度、加热时间、保压时间,研究3个因素对生物降解木塑复合材料压制效果和力学性能影响,得到适合该生物降解木塑复合材料的最佳压制成型工艺,并对最佳工艺进行了探究。实验结果表明:当加热时间为11 min,加热温度为187℃,保压时间为4 min时,该生物降解木塑复合材料压制效果和综合力学性能最好。
The biodegradable wood-plastic composites were prepared by hot-press molding using straw powder, polylactic acid, coupling agent (maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene), zinc stearate and lubricant. By changing the heating temperature, heating time, dwell time, the impact of three factors on the compression and mechanical properties of biodegradable WPC composites was studied, and the best compression molding process suitable for the biodegradable WPC composites was obtained. Process was explored. The experimental results show that when the heating time is 11 min, the heating temperature is 187 ℃ and the dwelling time is 4 min, the biodegradable WPC composites have the best pressing and mechanical properties.
