阿司匹林作为传统的非甾体类抗炎药，对于消化道肿瘤有治疗和预防作用，肝细胞癌作为消化道最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，寻找到有效的预防和治疗措施是十分必要的。现综述阿司匹林对肝细胞癌作用的研究进展及其机制，以期为今后的相关临床治疗提供参考。“,”Aspirin, as a traditional non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, has therapeutic and preventive effects on gastrointestinal tumors. Hepatocellular carcinoma is one of the most common malignant tumors in the digestive tract, so it is necessary to find effective preventive and therapeutic measures. This article reviews the research progress and mechanism of aspirin on hepatocellular carcinoma with a view to provide references for future clinical treatment.
