文中描述利用数字信号处理技术的钢轨超声探伤系统的结构、原理及实现方法。系统采用模拟电路、单片机及数字信号处理芯片(DSP)混合设计的方法。由于DSP的加人增强了系统的功能,提高处理速度。采用TMS320VC33DSP芯片对回波信号数字化处理,使检测的结果精度更高,更可靠,可大大节约时间和人工检测的劳动强度。并且有非常高的稳定性和实用性,在实际应用有着非常广阔的使用前景。
This paper describes the use of digital signal processing technology of rail ultrasonic testing system structure, principles and implementation methods. System uses analog circuits, microcontrollers and digital signal processing chip (DSP) mixed design approach. Due to the addition of DSP to enhance the system’s functionality and improve processing speed. TMS320VC33DSP chip using the digital echo signal processing, the test results of higher precision, more reliable, can greatly save time and labor-intensive manual testing. And has a very high stability and practicality, has a very broad use in practical applications.
