经济全球化为世界各国创造了更大的国际市场,方便了不同国家之间的经济来往。面对竞争日趋激烈的国际经济局势,许多国家逐渐将经济竞争转移到资源竞争上,“石油”是发达及发展中国家投资开采的重点对象。石油是一种可利用的自然资源,同时也是不可再生资源。为了保证我国原油资源的合理运用,向社会工业化生产提供足够的物资基础,必须对石油行业的发展实施宏观调控。鉴于此,本文分析了石油业安全环保的监督策略。 Economic globalization has created a bigger international market for all countries in the world and facilitated the economic exchanges among different countries. Faced with an increasingly fierce international economic situation, many countries have gradually shifted their economic competition to competition for resources. “Petroleum” is the key target for investment in both developed and developing countries. Oil is a useable natural resource, but also a non-renewable resource. In order to ensure the rational use of China’s crude oil resources and provide a sufficient material basis for industrialized industrial production, the macro-control of the development of the oil industry must be implemented. In view of this, this article analyzes the supervision strategy of the petroleum industry safety and environmental protection.
