一、前言 现代医疗方面将趋向于采用最小损伤性外科手术的预防性治疗,这里内窥镜将起着十分重要的作用。目前世界各国都非常注意把高新技术,特别是微机电系统技术应用于新型医用内窥镜的开发,并取得了许多成果。但是目前的研究开发主要都是围绕软性内窥镜进行,而对于重要品种-硬管内窥镜(如腹腔镜、大肠镜、鼻腔镜等)的研究则相对缺乏。由于其导管前端是刚性固定的,视野方向很有限,在一次诊疗过程中需往体腔内交替插入几种不同视角的内窥镜。并进行相当幅度的转动和摆动,往往容易造成体腔内软组织损伤,影响诊疗的安全性,并使病人承受极大的痛苦。 所以,开展导管前端能够自动操作的新型内窥镜研制,符合未来先进医疗器械发展方向,具有很大的社会效益和经济效益。
I. INTRODUCTION Modern medical care will tend to be prophylactic treatment with minimally invasive surgery where endoscopy will play a very important role. At present, all countries in the world pay great attention to the development of new medical endoscopes with high and new technologies, especially MEMS technology, and have achieved many successes. However, the current research and development mainly focus on the soft endoscope. However, the research on the important species, such as laparoscopy, colonoscopy, and endoscopy, is relatively lacking. Because of its rigid catheter tip fixed, visual field direction is very limited, in the course of a diagnosis need to be inserted into the body cavity alternately several different endoscopic endoscope. And a considerable degree of rotation and swing, often easily lead to soft tissue damage within the body cavity, affecting the safety of diagnosis and treatment, and the patient to suffer great pain. Therefore, the development of new catheter endoscopic automatic endoscopic research and development, in line with the future direction of the development of advanced medical equipment, with great social and economic benefits.
