在大气环境下采用两种镁铝共晶合金粉末作为中间层(钎料),分别在460、480℃下施加30 MPa压力,制备了AZ31/Al层状复合材料。采用粘接拉伸试验测试了连接件界面的结合强度。结果表明:镁合金基体与铝基体都与中间层发生了扩散,形成了冶金结合;连接界面呈明显的层状结构,其抗拉强度达24 MPa。
Two kinds of Mg-Al eutectic alloy powders were used as the intermediate layer (brazing filler metal) in atmospheric environment, and AZ31 / Al layered composites were prepared by applying pressure of 30 MPa at 460 and 480 ℃ respectively. Tensile test was used to test the bonding strength of the interface. The results show that both the matrix of magnesium alloy and the aluminum matrix diffuse with the intermediate layer to form a metallurgical bond, and the interface of the alloy is obviously layered with a tensile strength of 24 MPa.
