变更类因素是结算纠纷产生的主要原因之一。运用2013版《清单计价规范》等相关法规,分析总价合同结算纠纷的主要因素,明确工程量和综合单价是决定工程价款的两个关键要素。在此基础上,梳理出变更类因素引起总价合同价款调整的具体方法,以期为预防和处理总价合同下变更类结算纠纷提供借鉴和依据。
Changing factors is one of the major causes of settlement disputes. Using the 2013 version of the “List Valuation Rules” and other relevant laws and regulations, analysis of the main factors of total contract settlement disputes, a clear engineering quantity and comprehensive unit price is the two key elements of determining the project price. On this basis, we can sort out the specific methods to adjust the price of the contract in the total price due to the change factors, in the hope of providing reference and basis for preventing and dealing with the settlement of settlement disputes under the contract of total price.
