大学英语精读教学是大学英语教学的主干成分,而词汇作为语言的基本构成单位,其教学的成败自然关系着大学英语精读教学的成败。本文正是以此为出发点,通过对西安工程大学大学英语精读课堂词汇教学进行实例分析,以求找出目前词汇教学中尚存在的问题及其相应对策,希望以此促进大学英语精读课堂词汇教学的成效。
College English intensive reading teaching is the main component of college English teaching, and vocabulary as the basic constituent unit of language, the success or failure of its teaching naturally relates to the success or failure of college English intensive teaching. This article uses this as a starting point to analyze the vocabulary teaching in English intensive reading classroom at Xi’an Polytechnic University in order to find out the existing problems in vocabulary teaching and their corresponding countermeasures.
