以甲基膦酸二甲酯(DMMP)为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,掺杂四苯基卟啉锌(ZnTPP),采用光引发接枝聚合方法在玻片上制备锌卟啉分子印迹聚合物复合膜(ZnTPP-MIP)。通过紫外和荧光光谱研究了DMMP与ZnTPP之间的结合作用,利用接触角分析印迹膜的亲水性,扫描电镜观察膜的微孔结构。利用光谱法研究了ZnTPP-MIP膜吸附性能和选择性。实验结果表明在可见区波长436nm附近,ZnTPP-MIP膜可以吸附检测水中2.0×10-6 mmol·L-1的DMMP。这将为复杂有机磷农药样品中DMMP的专一性识别提供一种新的途径。
Using DMMP as template molecule and methacrylic acid (MAA) as functional monomer, zinc tetraphenylporphyrin (ZnTPP) was doped, and zinc was used to prepare zinc Porphyrin molecularly imprinted polymer composite membrane (ZnTPP-MIP). The binding of DMMP to ZnTPP was studied by UV and fluorescence spectroscopy. The hydrophilicity of the imprinted membrane was analyzed by the contact angle and the micropore structure was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The adsorption properties and selectivity of ZnTPP-MIP films were studied by spectroscopy. The experimental results show that the ZnTPP-MIP membrane can adsorb DMMP in water at a concentration of 2.0 × 10-6 mmol·L -1 in the vicinity of the wavelength of 436 nm. This will provide a new way for the specific recognition of DMMP in complex organophosphorus pesticide samples.
