广州新电视塔综合配套工程地下逆作法工程的桩柱一体施工存在钢管柱定位、混凝土浇筑、钢管柱垂直度控制等诸多难点。详细介绍了桩柱一体施工的工艺流程以及钢管柱吊装定位、校正、垂直度监测和桩柱一体混凝土浇筑施工及质量控制等关键施工技术。指出钢管柱定位装置由柱脚位置改为在柱头设置,通过千斤顶对钢柱纠偏以及在钢管混凝土柱与桩护壁之间将回填砂改为回填石子能有效控制钢管柱安装精度。采用与钢管柱调整架完全分开的灌浆架作为混凝土浇筑平台,并通过专用卡子固定导管以保证钢管柱垂直度。通过明确操作流程和详细交底,保证工程质量。
Guangzhou New TV Tower integrated supporting project underground construction method of anti-pile piles there is the integration of steel column positioning, concrete pouring, verticality control of steel columns and many other difficulties. This paper introduces the process of integral pile construction and the key construction technologies such as the positioning of steel pipe columns, calibration, verticality monitoring, piling and integral concrete pouring construction and quality control. It is pointed out that the positioning device of steel pipe column is changed from the position of column pin to the column head. The rectification of the column by the jack and the change of backfill sand to backfill between the concrete filled column and the pile wall can effectively control the installation accuracy. The grouting frame which is completely separated from the steel column adjusting frame is used as a concrete pouring platform, and the catheter is fixed by a special clamp to ensure the verticality of the steel column. Through a clear operational flow and detailed submission, to ensure project quality.
