该文运用SWOT矩阵分析方法,分析高职院校青年教师具有的优势与劣势以及面临的机会和挑战,青年教师具有年龄、专业知识、进取心和法治意识等优势,同时存在经验与耐心、驾驭课程的能力、教学科研能力不足等劣势;青年教师面临国家政策、高校扩招等带来的发展机遇,也面临国家对教师的要求、教学变革、竞争压力等带来的挑战。一方面,青年教师应积极进取,不断提高自身的综合素质和能力;另一方面,高职院校应制定激励青年教师成长的政策,建设积极向上的校园文化,促进青年教师健康成长。
This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of young teachers in higher vocational colleges and their opportunities and challenges by using SWOT matrix analysis. Young teachers have the advantages of age, professional knowledge, enterprising spirit and awareness of the rule of law. At the same time, experience and patience, The ability of courses and the inadequacy of teaching and research capabilities. Young teachers are faced with the development opportunities brought by national policies and enrollment expansion of colleges and universities as well as the challenges brought by the state’s demands for teachers, teaching reform and competitive pressure. On the one hand, young teachers should be proactive and continuously improve their overall quality and ability. On the other hand, higher vocational colleges should formulate a policy of encouraging young teachers to grow, build a positive campus culture and promote the healthy growth of young teachers.
