陕西省铜川市大同路立交中的斜拉桥 ,在制作一马路侧 1号索的两个锚箱管时 ,由于人为失误 ,发生一起不能挂索 ,不能张拉的工程事故。笔者采用了分段处治方法 ,避免了已浇好的 30 m桥面报废 ,减少了数十万元的经济损失。本方法可以运用到改进现有大型斜拉桥锚箱管设计上 ,能增进锚箱管防水材料的防护性能和延长使用寿命 ,节约锚箱管材料 ,节省工程造价。同时还能减少锚箱管封口困难 ,方便施工。
