当前中小学幼儿园教师培训存在的问题及对策

随着《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》《国务院关于加强教师队伍建设的意见》《教育部关于深化中小学教师培训模式改革全面提升培训质量的指导意见》等系列文件的颁布,在“国培计划”的示范、引领、带动下,中小学幼儿园教师培训又掀起了新的高潮。但是,中小学幼儿园教师培训在取得很大成绩的同时,也存在着一些问题。一、中小学幼儿园教师培训存在的问题1.工学矛盾突出。工学矛盾是当前中小学幼儿园 With the “National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020)”, “State Council on Strengthening the Construction of Teachers”, “Ministry of Education on deepening the reform of primary and secondary school teacher training model to enhance the quality of training guidance” and other series With the promulgation of the document and the demonstration and guidance of the “State Education Program”, the training of kindergarten teachers in primary and secondary schools set off a new upsurge.
