目的观察非瓣膜性心房颤动(房颤)患者射频消融术前后左心耳结构的CT影像学变化。方法非瓣膜性房颤患者28例接受射频消融术。3个月后进行随访,应用64层螺旋CT测量患者左心耳相关参数,比较射频消融术前、术后左心耳结构的变化。结果与射频消融术前比较,术后左心耳开口长径[(27.4±6.6)mm vs.(30.7±5.9)mm]、左心耳开口面积[(449.5±221.1)mm~2 vs.(522.3±210.7)mm~2]、左心耳长度[(37.9±7.8)mm vs.(40.5±8.1)mm]和左心耳容积[(9.90±4.57)cm3 vs.(11.35±4.40)cm~3]均较术前减小(P<0.05)。结论非瓣膜性房颤患者行射频消融术后左心耳结构出现逆重构。
Objective To observe the CT findings of left atrial appendage before and after radiofrequency ablation in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation (AF). Methods Twenty-eight patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation underwent radiofrequency catheter ablation. Three months later, the parameters of left atrial appendage were measured by 64-slice spiral CT. The changes of left atrial appendage structure before and after radiofrequency ablation were compared. Results Compared with those before radiofrequency ablation, the diameter of the left atrial appendage ([(27.4 ± 6.6) mm vs. (30.7 ± 5.9) mm], the area of the left atrial appendage (449.5 ± 221.1 mm ~ 2 vs. 522.3 ± 210.7) mm ~ 2], left atrial appendage length [(37.9 ± 7.8) mm vs. (40.5 ± 8.1) mm] and left atrial appendage volume [(9.90 ± 4.57) cm3 vs. (11.35 ± 4.40) cm3] Preoperatively decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion In patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation, left atrial appendage structure undergoes reverse remodeling after radiofrequency catheter ablation.
